Now *that* is the <blink>shiznizzle</blink>! But, speaking seriously for a moment, it sounds like he's dealing with an issue that I suspect we're all aware of on some level: "What skills have long-term value in the world of technology, where the pace of change is so rapid, and dramatic?"
