BendTech is a grassroots organization that helps grow Central Oregon’s technology community. We do this by promoting better communication among our region’s various tech professionals, companies, user groups, and educational institutions.
In practical terms, this takes the form of this blog and the tech talks we host once a month. We participate in other groups and organizations where and when time and energy allow.
Our group calendar and membership roster (200+ people) can be found on our meetup.com page. Membership is free, as are the events we host.
Speaking of which we don’t take money from any behind-the scenes interests – political, corporate, or otherwise. This is all done on a shoestring budget with time and funds donated by individual members.
